This policy explains what information "ZZZ CuteBall" (the "App") handles and how it is used. Please read it before using the App.
1. Our Basic Policy
The App is a merge puzzle game in which you drop fruits and special characters and combine matching ones to grow them. No account registration or login is required, and the developer operates no server.
The App collects no information that can personally identify you, such as your name, email address, phone number, or location. All game data, such as high scores, is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to or collected by the developer or any third party.
However, to fund its operation, the App displays ads via Google AdMob. Displaying ads requires an internet connection, and some information (such as the advertising ID and approximate device information) is processed by Google for ad delivery (see Section 5). It contains no analytics for other purposes and no in-app purchases.
2. Information Handled on Your Device
The App creates, stores, and uses the following information on your device only.
2.1 Game Data (High Scores)
- Your top 5 scores are saved on your device as high scores
- They are used to display the high score list and to determine whether a record was updated at game over
- Only the numeric score is stored. No player name or other personal information is included
2.2 Information We Do Not Collect
The App does not collect, store, or transmit any of the following:
- ❌ Contact information such as name, nickname, email address, or phone number
- ❌ Location data
- ❌ Access to contacts, photos, camera, or microphone
- ❌ Account information (there is no login feature at all)
3. Where Information Is Stored
All game data created and saved by the App is stored only on your device.
- ✅ Stored only in the App's private storage on your device
- ❌ Never sent to a server operated by the developer (no such server exists)
- ❌ No cloud backup
- ❌ No mechanism for the developer to access it
Note: The above describes your game data (high scores). For information collected by Google AdMob when ads are displayed, see Section 5.
4. Purpose of Use
Information handled on your device is used solely for the following purposes:
- To record, update, and display high scores
- To run the game and display your score
5. Advertising and Third-Party Services
To fund its operation, the App displays ads (banner and interstitial) via Google AdMob, an ad delivery service provided by Google LLC. To deliver, display, prevent fraud in, and measure the performance of ads, it may collect and process information such as:
- The advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID) and approximate device information (model, OS, language, country, etc.)
- IP address and ad interaction data such as impressions and taps
This information is handled by Google in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy and how AdMob uses data. The developer of this App does not store or use this ad-related data.
Your game data, such as high scores, is never shared with ad providers or any third party. You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads from your device's Settings → Google → Ads.
The App does not use any of the following:
- ❌ Analytics (Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, etc.)
- ❌ Crash reporting (Crashlytics, etc.)
- ❌ In-app purchases or subscriptions
- ❌ User authentication / login / accounts
- ❌ Any backend server operated by the developer
6. Permissions
The App requests the following permissions. All of them are required to display ads and need no action from you.

The App requests no location, camera, microphone, contacts, photo, or storage permissions. Gameplay itself works offline.
7. Deleting Your Data
You can delete the data the App stores on your device at any time.
- Uninstalling the App permanently deletes all stored data, including high scores
- Because the App stores no data on any server, no deletion request to the developer is necessary
8. Children's Privacy
The developer operates no server that collects or stores personal information. The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The App displays ads (Google AdMob), but it is not designed for children. If a child uses the App, we recommend doing so under the guidance of a parent or guardian.
9. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be changed without prior notice. If there is a significant change, we will announce it together with an App update.
