1. Our Principles

"ZZZ HostLink" (the "App") respects your privacy to the fullest extent. The App is a remote-terminal-only tool that lets you operate your own PCs and servers remotely over SSH, Wi-Fi (TCP), or BLE.

Due to iOS restrictions, the App cannot act as a Bluetooth keyboard/mouse (HID) for a PC. The keyboard/mouse features found in the Android version are therefore not included in the iOS version.

The App displays no advertisements. Your commands, terminal traffic, and SSH connection details are never transmitted to any server operated by us. Such communication happens directly between your device and the destination you specify (your own PC or server).

2. Information We Collect / Store

2.1 Terminal Traffic

Characters and commands you type in the remote terminal, and the screen output received from the destination, are processed temporarily in memory for display only.
This content is exchanged directly with the destination (your PC or server) and is never sent to or stored on any server operated by us.

2.2 SSH Server Connection Details

When you use "Save server", connection details — host, port, username, password, private key, and passphrase — are stored on your device.
These credentials are stored in the iOS Keychain and are protected by the operating system.
Saved connection details are never sent to our servers or the cloud. During an SSH session, credentials are used only against the destination server you specify.

2.3 Subscription Purchase Information

When you purchase "Premium" (a subscription), billing is handled via Apple's App Store (StoreKit).
The purchase state (active / canceled) is obtained from the App Store and used to unlock features. The state may be stored on your device.
Payment information such as credit card numbers is handled entirely by Apple; the App never receives it.

2.4 Settings

App settings such as the selected transport are stored on your device.
These settings are never sent to any server operated by us.

3. How We Use Information

Collected/stored information is used solely for the following purposes:

Remote operation and screen display via the remote terminal (SSH / Wi-Fi / BLE)
Local save/load of SSH server connection details at your request
Unlocking feature limits based on subscription state (removing the limit on the number of saved SSH servers)

4. Where Information Is Stored

SSH connection details, the subscription state, and app settings are stored only on your device.

SSH credentials protected by the iOS Keychain

No transmission to operator servers
No cloud sync
No mechanism for the developer to access it

5. Disclosure to Third Parties

The App does not sell or provide the following to any third party:

Terminal traffic
SSH server connection details / credentials
Detailed in-app usage
Personally identifiable information

The App uses no advertising networks and no analytics services, so there is no associated third-party data sharing.

6. About Communication

The App performs the following communication. None of it passes through our servers.

7. External Services Used

7.1 Apple App Store Billing (Subscription)

The "Premium" subscription is provided through Apple's StoreKit. Payment processing, billing management, and cancellation are all handled by Apple.

The App receives only the purchase state from Apple.
The App never obtains or stores payment information such as credit card or bank details.
You can cancel your subscription at any time in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

8. Permissions Used (iOS)

The App never requests permissions for location, microphone, camera, contacts, or photos.

9. What We Do NOT Use

Advertising SDKs — no ads are shown
Analytics SDKs (Firebase Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.)
Crash-reporting SDKs
Advertising identifier (IDFA) collection / tracking
User authentication / login operated by us
Social-media integration
Any backend server operated by the App's developer
Location, microphone, camera, contacts, photos

* Only Apple's App Store (StoreKit) is used, and only for purchase processing.

10. Data Deletion

To delete an individual saved server, use the "Delete" action on the SSH form in the terminal screen.

Uninstalling the App removes the data the App created on your device (saved SSH server connection details, the subscription state, app settings, etc.).

11. Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The App shows no advertisements and sends no data to operator servers.

12. Open-Source Libraries

The App uses the following open-source software:

Citadel (MIT License) — pure-Swift SSH client
SwiftTerm (MIT License) — VT100/ANSI terminal emulator
swift-nio / swift-nio-ssh (Apache License 2.0) — networking and SSH foundation
swift-crypto (Apache License 2.0) — cryptography

Integration and configuration of these libraries are original work by the App's developer.

13. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be changed without prior notice. When material changes are made, we will notify you together with an app update. This page always reflects the latest version.
