1. Our Approach

The App is a developer tool that physically simulates the motion of a single object (jumps, falls, parabolas, bounces, and so on) on your device, and from that motion builds implementation prompts (text) and images for game development. No account or sign-in is required, and we do not operate any server.

The data you create and save in the App (simulation presets, the history of generated prompts, and app settings) is stored entirely on your device. It is never transmitted to or collected by the developer or any third-party server. The App also has no feature that automatically sends your input to generative AI or any external service.

However, to support operating costs the App shows ads via a third-party ad network. Fetching and showing ads requires an internet connection, and information needed for ad delivery (such as IP address and device/OS information) is sent to that ad provider. The App does not present an App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt and serves only non-personalized ads that do not obtain or use the advertising identifier (IDFA) (see Section 6). The App contains no analytics for other purposes and no in-app purchases.

2. Information Handled On Your Device

The App creates, stores, and uses the following information only on your device. It does not ask for personally identifying information such as your name, email address, or phone number.

2.1 Presets, prompt history, and settings

• The simulation settings you save (presets), the history of prompts you generate, and in-app settings
• Stored in a local database (SQLite) on your device so you can recall and review past work
• This content is what you entered/configured and is never stored on an off-device server

2.2 Sensor values (transient use)

• In the "Gyro" mode and some game modes, the App uses your device's accelerometer to reflect the device tilt
• Sensor values are used on the spot to drive on-screen motion in real time and are neither stored nor transmitted

3. How the Information Is Used

The above information is used only for the following purposes.

• To run and replay the physics simulation and export images / GIFs
• To extract motion features and generate implementation prompts (text)
• To store and display presets, prompt history, and settings on your device
• To reflect device tilt in "Gyro" mode and the mini-games

4. Where Information Is Stored

All information the App creates and saves is stored only on your device.

• ✅ Stored only in the app's private storage on your device
• ❌ No transmission to any operator server (no server exists)
• ❌ No cloud backup
• ❌ No automatic sending to generative AI or other external services

* The above concerns the data you create and save (presets, prompt history, settings). For information obtained by the third-party ad provider when ads are shown, see Section 6.

5. Use of Sensors (Accelerometer)

Some features of the App ("Gyro" mode and some mini-games) use the device's accelerometer to move on-screen objects by tilting the device.

• Sensor values are used only to reflect the current moment on screen
• Sensor values are never stored on the device or sent over the network
• The App does not use location, camera, or microphone

6. Advertising and Third-Party Services

To support operating costs, the App displays banner and full-screen interstitial ads via a third-party ad network. For ad delivery, display, fraud prevention, and measurement, that ad provider may obtain and process the following information.

• IP address, device/OS information (model, OS, language, country, etc.), and ad interaction information such as impressions and taps

The App does not present an App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt. It therefore does not obtain or use the advertising identifier (IDFA) and serves only non-personalized ads that do not track you across apps.

This data is obtained and managed by the ad provider as its own service, in accordance with that provider's privacy policy. The App's developer cannot access, store, or use it. Your presets, prompt history, settings, and other data you create are never shared with advertisers or third parties.

The App does not use the following services.

• ❌ Analytics
• ❌ Crash reporting
• ❌ In-app purchases / subscriptions
• ❌ User authentication / login / accounts
• ❌ Any operator backend server
• ❌ Any feature that auto-sends your input to generative AI

7. Permissions Required

The App does not request any permission that requires a system consent dialog.

• The accelerometer used by "Gyro" mode and the mini-games is available on iOS without special permission (the App does not use location or protected motion data)
• The App does not request location, camera, microphone, contacts, photos, or tracking (App Tracking Transparency) permissions
• Network access is used only to show ads. Simulation and prompt generation work offline

8. Deleting Your Data

You can delete the data in the App at any time.

• Saved presets and prompt history can be deleted individually from the in-app lists
• Uninstalling the App permanently deletes all data it stored on your device (presets, prompt history, settings)

9. Security

Data the App creates and saves is stored only in the app's private storage and is not transmitted externally. Simulation and prompt generation are completed entirely on your device. Generated text and images leave the App only to the destination you choose (another app or the clipboard) when you tap "Share" or "Copy". Please note that handling after sharing is up to the destination service or the recipient.

10. Children's Privacy

The developer operates no server that collects or stores personal information. The App is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The App shows ads but is not designed for children. If a child uses the App, we recommend doing so under the guidance of a parent or guardian.

11. Changes to This Policy

This policy may change without prior notice. We will notify you of significant changes together with an app update.
