1. Our Basic Policy

The App is a 3D action game in which you run through an endless world, smash obstacles with rams and a variety of weapons, and outrun ambushing enemies. No account registration or login is required, and the developer operates no server.

The App collects no information that can personally identify you, such as your name, email address, phone number, or location. All game data, such as save data and high scores, is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to or collected by the developer or any third party.

However, to fund its operation, the App displays ads through a third-party ad network. Displaying ads requires an internet connection, and information needed for ad delivery (such as IP address and device/OS information) is sent to that ad provider. The App does not present an App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt and serves only non-personalized ads that do not access or use the advertising identifier (IDFA) (see Section 5). It contains no analytics for other purposes and no in-app purchases.

2. Information Handled on Your Device

The App creates, stores, and uses the following information only on your device.

2.1 Game Data (Save Data, High Scores, etc.)

• Game progress data (distance travelled, power, and weapon/bomb unlock status) is stored on your device
• High scores (the top 5) are stored
• Whether tutorials and hints have already been shown is stored
• Settings such as button layout (right/left) and sound ON/OFF are stored
• Only data needed for game progress is stored. It contains no player name or any other personal information

2.2 Information We Do NOT Collect

The App does not collect, store, or transmit any of the following:

• ❌ Contact information such as name, nickname, email address, or phone number
• ❌ Location data
• ❌ Access to contacts, photos, camera, or microphone
• ❌ Account information (there is no login feature)

3. Where Information Is Stored

All game data created and stored by the App remains only on your device.

• ✅ Stored only in the App's private storage on your device
• ❌ Never sent to any server operated by the developer (no such server exists)
• ❌ No cloud backup
• ❌ No mechanism for the developer to access it

Note: the above describes your game data (save data and high scores). For information collected by third-party ad providers in connection with displaying ads, see Section 5.

4. How Information Is Used

Information handled on your device is used only for the following purposes:

• To save and restore game progress (distance, growth, and unlocks)
• To record, update, and display high scores
• To show tutorials and hints only once
• To carry over settings such as controls and sound to the next launch

5. Advertising and Third-Party Services

To fund its operation, the App displays banner ads and full-screen (interstitial) ads through a third-party ad network. To deliver, display, prevent fraud in, and measure the performance of ads, that ad provider may collect and process information such as:

• IP address, device and OS information (model, OS, language, country, etc.), and ad interaction data such as impressions and taps

The App does not present an App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt. It therefore does not access or use the advertising identifier (IDFA), and serves only non-personalized ads that do not track you across apps.

This data is collected and managed by the ad provider as part of its own service, in accordance with its own privacy policy. The developer of this App cannot access, store, or use that data. Your game data, such as save data and high scores, is never shared with ad providers or any third party.

The App does not use any of the following:

• ❌ Analytics
• ❌ Crash reporting
• ❌ In-app purchases or subscriptions
• ❌ User authentication / login / accounts
• ❌ Any backend server operated by the developer

6. Permissions

The App requests no permissions that require an iOS system prompt.

• ❌ Tracking (App Tracking Transparency)

Internet access is used solely to fetch and display ads. Gameplay itself works offline.

7. Data Deletion

You can delete the data the App stores on your device at any time.

• Uninstalling the App completely deletes all stored data, including save data and high scores
• Choosing "NEW GAME" in the App resets progress data (high scores are kept)
• Because the App stores no data on any server, no deletion request to the developer is necessary

8. Children's Privacy

The developer operates no server that collects or stores personal information. The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The App displays ads but is not designed for children. If a child uses the App, we recommend doing so under parental guidance.

9. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be changed without notice. If significant changes are made, we will announce them together with an app update.
